Along with running classes and attending competitions, Surrey BLDC also puts on performances at university shows and local events.

 

We take part in a charity 'Strictly Come Dancing' style event for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice over at the Lakeside. We have performed various routines alongside ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ Pros such as Aljaž Skorjanec & Janette Manrara, and Kevin & Karen Clifton. It's always great night for us dancing in front of a 700 strong audience.

 

Anyone in the club is welcome to come and take part in these shows. It’s a great chance to boost your performing confidence, have lots of fun, and all go out together as a club. The committee will let you know when rehearsals start for upcoming performances. If you want to join in, just let us know and we’ll get you learning the routines!
