University Staff Classes
By popular demand, Surrey BLDC are continuing Ballroom and Latin classes specifically for University of Surrey staff, we will be offering classes on Monday afternoons. Any member of University staff, and a partner if you like, are welcome to sign up to the weekly sessions.
Class Times
Can I come as a beginner?
Mondays 12-12:45pm (until 10th Dec)
All classes are normally held in Rubix.

Absolutely! We love taking beginners on their first steps into the dancing world and anyone is welcome along, regardless if you've danced before or not.
Price
Do I need a partner?
Classes cost £5 each week, however if you have a Surrey Sports Park membership classes are free! All booking is done via the sports park website.
What to Wear and Bring
Just wear something casual that allows you to easily move about. For ladies, leggings or a dress are suitable and for gents loose trousers are recommended. We request that you don’t come in jeans if possible as they restrict your movement.
We also highly recommend you bring a bottle of water to every class, dancing can be hard work!
No, we cater for anyone wanting to dance! Obviously if you have someone who wants to come along too that's great and they are most welcome. However, you don't need a partner to sign up!
